Calling all gamers! Extra Life North is back!

Join us August 8-9, 2026, for a two-day celebration of gaming that will bring together gamers from across Canada and the U.S. for fun, connection, and fundraising!

All proceeds from Extra Life North will go towards supporting kids who need HSC Children’s Hospital.

Time: 9 am – 6 pm each day
Location: Launch Coworking Southside (1460 Chevrier Blvd.)
Registration Fees:

• Weekend Pass: $100 ($90 early bird pricing)
• Saturday Pass: $50 ($45 early bird pricing)
• Sunday Pass: $50 ($45 early bird pricing)
• Youth Weekend Pass: $50 ($45 early bird pricing)
• Youth Saturday Pass: $25 ($22 early bird pricing)
• Youth Sunday Pass: $25 ($22 early bird pricing)
• Optional Fundraising T-Shirt Add-On: $20 (sizing chart)

Your registration fee includes: Morning coffee/tea, snacks, lunch, and a donation to the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba.

Who Can Attend?

Extra Life North is open to anyone in the gaming community – whether you’re an Extra Lifer, spouse/friend/family/network of an Extra Lifer, or just have a passion for gaming you’re welcome to join us!

Responsible teens 14+ years old may attend Extra Life North at the regular admission rate when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We are also able to include mature youth 10-13 years old who require minimal supervision when accompanied by a parent or guardian. We ask that adults please use their best judgement – there will be a few breaks in gaming to hear from the team at the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba (which may not be interesting to all younger folks), and our board game library is on loan (adult guardians are responsible for any damages).

Hotel Information

The closest hotel to our venue Launch Coworking Southside is the Best Western Plus Pembina Inn & Suites. Registrants are responsible for booking and payment directly with their hotel of choice.

What To Expect?

The schedule will be confirmed closer to the event, but expect a fun-filled community event where you can connect, socialize, and most importantly – play games!
